Open the listing and use the contact button to send a message, or call if the seller has a verified number. Your email address is never shown to the seller.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live (photos, description, price). That doesn't replace your own checks: see the car in person, ask for the mileage history, the registration certificate and the service records, and take a test drive.

We compare the price with similar cars on the market (make, model, year, mileage). “Good deal”, “Fair price” and “High price” are guides, not guarantees.

Pay only once you've seen the car and its documents, ideally by bank transfer at the handover. Never pay a deposit to someone you haven't met, and be wary of prices far below the market. AutoHub never asks you to pay for a private sale.

Publishing a listing is free for private sellers. Optional promotions put your listing at the top of search results for a few days.

Every new or edited listing is checked before it goes live, to keep fake listings out. You'll get a notification as soon as it's approved or if something needs fixing.

A verified number makes it much harder to publish fake listings. We text you a code once. Your verified number is shown on your profile so buyers can call you.

Go to My listings and choose “Mark as sold” on the listing. It stops showing in search results and buyers who saved it see that it's sold.

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to choose a new one.

Go to Account, then Settings, and choose “Delete my account”. Confirm with your password (or sign in again with Google, Apple or Facebook). Your profile, listings, favourites and saved searches are deleted right away; we only keep what the law requires.

Other users see your first name and last-name initial, your profile picture, your listings and your verified mobile number. Your email address is never shown. The privacy policy explains everything we do with your data.

Open “Become a dealer”, add your company details and pick a plan. Your listings then show your company profile and you get access to the dealer space.
